The Firm

The firm takes a modern approach to delivering bespoke client care and owing to its continued level of success, it is now hiring a pro-active and talented Commercial Property Solicitor to work on a full-time, permanent basis in its central London office.

The Role
This is an opportune moment to join an expanding firm as a Commercial Property Solicitor. With a reputation for expertise in commercial property, our firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least five years’ PQE to take a pro-active approach to managing their own caseload. Committed and driven, you will draw upon your proven commercial property skills to undertake duties which may include: acquisition and disposal of commercial premises; landlord and tenant matters; drafting leases for high street retail premises; reviewing and advising on lease amendments and; negotiating settlements and drafting agreements. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will in return, benefit from a supportive working environment and enjoy a varied and challenging role.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role:
You must be a qualified Solicitor and possess at least 5 years’ PQE with solid experience in commercial property.
You will possess excellent client care skills.

You will take a proactive approach to your work.
You will be skilled at working both independently and as part of a team.
