We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a great local authority. The Employment Lawyer role will be based in the Staffordshire area and will run until April 2018.
This an excellent opportunity for an Employment Lawyer with a solid background in local government to become the sole Employment Lawyer at a local authority, the role falls outside IR35.
The Employment Lawyer role will involve a full caseload of Employment Law matters ranging from:
* Employment based proceeding in courts, appeals and tribunals
* Interviewing witnesses and recording witness statements
* Conducting settlement negotiations with opposing representatives
* Liaising with key stakeholders as required
We are ideally looking for someone who is available on short notice and that can hit the ground running.
