Reporting into the Global Business Manager for Competition and Anti Trust, the role will be responsible for the resource planning of chargable and non chargable work and the provision of data and MI to drive strategic decision-making for forward planning and ongoing process improvement.
Responsbilities of the role include:
- Building strong working relationships across the department to seek and anticpate matter staffing requirements
- Identifying and allocate appropriate resources for incoming and ongoing work
- Collecting, inputing and analysing data for management information purposes – such as work allocation- both present and historic - and fee earner preferences
- Supporting the Global Business Manager in pricing and process improvements for the practice group
The successful applicant will have an appreciation of professional services working practices, strong stakeholder management skills and be able to work autonomously with minimal direction in a complexed matrixed environment. In addition an aptitude working with numbers and data to glean insight and present back as meangiful content is desirable.
