Their London Intellectual Property/Information Technology group advises clients on TMT, outsourcing, IT, data protection and privacy, e-commerce and IP transactions and issues. They routinely work in conjunction with other Groups, domestically and internationally transactional matters, including the negotiation and preparation of domestic and international license and transfer agreements, due diligence reviews and intellectual property ownership strategies in connection with corporate activity (mergers, acquisitions, divestures, IPOs, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations).
Clients include financial institutions, manufacturers and retailers of consumer products, publishers and providers of digital media and online content. They also advise start-ups, governments and state-owned entities.

In order to be considered for this prestigious role, you will have:
- Strong academics and a high level of intellectual rigour;
- Training and 2-3 years' post-qualification experience of transactional IT/IP matters gained at a top tier international law firm;
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment;
- The gravitas and ability to deal with clients in a relaxed and confident manner;
This position attracts excellent remuneration. For solicitors with appropriate equivalent common-law experience based abroad, an excellent sponsorship and relocation package will also be available.
