Unique opportunity to join a regional leader in their field, to support the Service desk and provide 3rd Line Support to the teams queries. You will have 4+ years experience providing 2nd/3rd Line Support on hardware/software/security issues.
Working closely with the IT Leadership team to reduce downtime and maintain an efficient system. Knowledge of Windows Server Infrastructure Networking Switches and cabling essential, as is the ability to communicate and document processes. Any experience in a Law Firm environment is highly desirable.
