They are now seeking a dynamic Legal Aid housing lawyer to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active and ambitious Legal Aid housing lawyer to join a busy department in Basingstoke. Handling a caseload of housing law matters you will have experience in publicly-funded housing work and will manage your own caseload of matters including; anti-social behaviour injunctions, harassment claims and all issues in respect of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. The firm is regularly instructed in matters relating to the Mobile Homes Act 1983 so experience in this area would be useful. The successful Legal Aid housing lawyer will be looking to develop and progress in his or her practice area. Please quote reference SS24408 when applying for this vacancy.

You will:-
Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE;
You will have experience in legal aid;
Have excellent communication and client care skills; 
Work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
Be organised, personable and detail orientated.
