A niche firm specialising in planning law is seeking an expert planning lawyer to work autonomously alongside the Managing Partner (Top 50 Partner), advising national house builders on the full range of planning matters. As well as being provided a caseload you will be encouraged to develop your own client following or continue to work with your existing client base. Your spectrum of work will be varied and interesting to involve providing legal advice to developers, landowners, banks, and other entities involved in development and regeneration proposals.
The successful Planning Consultant will be an experienced Senior Solicitor or Partner with over 7 years of planning expertise looking to join a firm on a self employed consultancy basis. You will be rewarded generously for the work you put in by receiving at least 50% of the fees that you bill. The role could suit a Senior Solicitor or Partner from a Top 100 law firm who is looking for a more flexible career or perhaps you're feeling dejected by the daily commute to work and office politics and wish to just concentrate on fee earning. You could already be a Consultant and looking for a new home for your clients.
