We are now actively seeking a dynamic Private Client Lawyer for a busy team based in Plymouth. Ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload, advising on areas to include: will drafting; the administration of estates; LPAs; the preparation of inheritance tax forms; tax planning; drafting of trust deeds and supplementary documents; elderly client matters and; probate matters.
Keen to play an active role in the continued success of the department and practice as a whole, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain client relationships and immerse themselves in initiatives, to generate client referrals. You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE;
