Prosecutions Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 3-6 month period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced prosecutions lawyer to undertake interesting work within a large local authority.
The successful candidate will take on a busy workload, which will involve managing a large caseload as well as conducting advocacy. Prosecutions matters will include but not be limited to;
- Fly tipping
- Benefit fraud
- Non-school attendance
- Health & Safety
- Food hygiene
Any previous experience of working within a local authority would be highly desirable for this role, although not at all essential as long as a good knowledge of public law is held.
The office is easy to reach, situated in a location which is easily accessible by London Underground or Overground.
