Job Description

This is an excellent new position for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a new office where they will handle a fantastic quality of work covering the full remit of residential property matters.

The Role
Due to expansion our client has recently established a new office and is now seeking a talented Residential Property Lawyer for their new team in Crawley. With solid experience in this area you will manage a full and busy caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to post completion which may incorporate: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; re-mortgages; lease extensions and; equity release schemes. Additional commercial property experience would be advantageous but is not essential. With a flair for business development you will enjoy sourcing new business as well as building and maintaining client relationships. This hands on-role offers a fantastic quality of work and the opportunity to make an impact in this exciting new stage of the practices development. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years’ PQE gained within a highly regarded conveyancing department;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills across all levels;
Commercial property experience would be advantageous but is not essential;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines; 
You will be IT Literate;
You will be highly organised and manage your time efficiently;
You will be a team player, able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision;
You will have a desire to participate in professional development.
